About Nuts & Seeds Sprinkler
This is the one jar that fixes a boring meal in a single spoon.
It's a fine powder of eight nuts and seeds: pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower and cucumber seeds, plus almonds, makhana, walnut, pista and cashew. Sprinkle it on porridge, stir it into milk, mix it into dough, roll it into ladoos. Whatever gets it into them.
