Your baby is now the size of a lemon seed! The placenta has formed and the embryo is now beginning to look more like a fetus. You may notice a little tail-like structure in the ultrasound. A heartbeat may also be visible. Some of the pregnancy signs you can notice at this stage include:

6 WEEKS EARLY PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS
